Right then!Just had a dram, thoughts are a bit random but here goes... 😄 Nose:Lovely stuff. It’s like… warm, sweet things. Maybe some toffee apples, a bit of vanilla. Oh, and a gentle whiff of smokiness, not a bonfire, more like a distant chimney. Quite inviting! Palate:Oof, proper full-on flavour! 🍎 Stewed fruits hit first – think baked plums and cherries. Then it gets malty, like a rich biscuit. There’s a nice spicy kick from the oak too. It’s quite chewy, you know? Thick and mouth-coating. Finish:Long and warming. The spice lingers, a bit of dark chocolate bitterness creeps in at the very end. Very satisfying. 👌 Overall:A proper winter warmer. Makes you think of old leather chairs and a good book. Complex layers, but it all works together. Top stuff! 👍 Cheers! 🥃
