Right, so poured myself a glass of this rather lovely young dram. It’s got a beautiful gold colour in the glass. First sniff, it’s proper sherried stuff, but with this interesting earthy fruitiness… like figs and something else. Get a bit of that roasted tea note coming through, maybe some nuttiness. Taking a sip, it’s medium-bodied. That earthy fruitiness is there again, mixing with dried figs and a hint of something like liquorice wood or even a touch of good tobacco. There’s a nice cereal note in the background, almost like barley or even cornflakes strangely enough. Feels like a very good drop, quite complex for its age. Really quite good, this. 👍

最近开了瓶新酒，闻着有点干无花果和烤茶的香气，还带点湿土味儿。喝起来倒是很干净，像燧石划过的那种清冷感。 后段慢慢出来些烤面包和核桃碎的感觉，烟草味不算重但一直跟着。最有趣的是尾韵居然联想到南瓜籽油，油润润的还带着香料感。 整体平衡得挺好，不张扬但挺有内容，周末晚上慢慢喝正合适 🥃

这杯颜色是漂亮的琥珀色，闻起来有雪莉桶的感觉，还有点烟草味和烤面包的香气，像刚出炉的可颂 🥐 喝下去第一感觉是干净，然后慢慢泛出无花果干和麦片的味道。挺有意思的，中间还能尝到一点淡淡的甘草香和烟熏茶的回甘。 整体挺顺的，不算太厚重，但层次感不错。有种温和的雪莉甜味，搭配着坚果和谷物的香气，收尾有点像玉米片泡在牛奶里的感觉。晚上下班喝一小杯，感觉挺舒服的 😊

啊，这杯的颜色真漂亮，是那种亮亮的金色。闻起来…有点像刚出炉的牛角包，还有那种烤过的麦片香。 喝起来第一感觉是滑，中等酒体。雪莉桶的影响恰到好处，带来了无花果干的味道，还有一丝像好的烤焙茶那种烘烤香。 后面有些泥土味，但不是脏的，是那种…嗯，泥土味里透着点熟果子香，像熟透的苹果。还能尝到玉米片和一点点核桃的油脂感。 对了，挺明显的烟草气息，不是烟熏，是那种好的、稍干的烟草叶味。收尾有点像甘草根，还有石头的那种清冷感。 整体就是个好喝的年轻人，雪莉桶、谷物、果干、烟草都融合得不错。好喝，再添一杯完全没问题 👍

Just had a sip and wow, this is lovely stuff. The colour's a rich gold, and it's moderately sherried which I dig. On the nose, I'm getting whiffs of croissants and pumpkin oil – quite unusual but really nice. Tasting it, it's very very good with flavours of dried figs and quite a lot of tobacco, plus notes of earth. There's good overripe apples and barley in there too, reminds me of cornflakes for some reason. It's a very good young drop, with hints of liquorice wood and a bit flinty. A sherried Glenrothes style that hits the spot. 👍
