Ah, this one’s a proper sherry bomb, in the best way possible 🥃 Massive dried fruit hit upfront, like a fruitcake soaked in old Oloroso. It’s sweet but not cloying, with acacia honey and soft, ripe peaches coming through. There’s a lovely softness to it, almost like a delicate white wine from Burgundy – think Côte de Léchet or a great old Chablis. Then you get these elegant pear liqueur notes, mixed with some lemongrass and herbal teas. It’s wonderfully honeyed, with hints of pink grapefruit syrup and mirabelles. The texture is just… gentle. Like a whisperer of a dram, with a medium body. It reminds me of a bit of porridge with honey on top, and later, some ripe apples and a touch of verbena tea. The finish brings in some pine nuts and a subtle hint of barley syrup, with just the faintest echo of herbal cough syrup. Honestly, sipping this feels like listening to a chamber music quartet – it’s refined and elegant, with a sort of prima ballerina grace. Not a bold statement, but a beautiful, fragility that lingers. Really lovely stuff for a quiet evening. ✨

Soft and delicate, like pear liqueur, peaches and melon drifting about 🍐 Bit of cinnamon and warm porridge too, then it goes all white wine, pine nuts and lemongrass. Feels quiet and classy — more chamber quartet than pub singalong. Lovely little whispers of old Chardonnay and herbal tea.

Nose on this is all vanila fudge and honeycomb, waerm like a fresh baked biscuit. 🍯 Get a whiff of dried appricot and a wee bit of charred oak, not overpowerin tho. Palate's silky – think caramel and a gentle waft of campfire smoke. 🔥 Finsh brings a prickle of cinnamon and a buttery, nutty thing lingers. Lovely dram.

This whisky's got a real nice aroma, kinda smoky with a bit of honey. 🍯 On the tongue, it's smooth as anything, with some fruity notes and a warm finish. 😊 Really reminds me of a cozy evening by the fire. 🥃

Ah, that colour... like liquid amber in the evening sun. 🍯 First thing on the nose, a whiff of peat smoke, but not overwhelming. Fades into honey and some vanilla, maybe a touch of orange peel. Really inviting. On the palate, it's so smooth. The sweetness comes through—creamy vanilla, butterscotch... then that gentle warmth from the spice starts to build. Cinnamon or ginger? Hard to pin down, but it's lovely. The finish lingers. Sweetness and smoke, fading slowly, leaving a cosy feeling. Like a good conversation by the fire. 🔥 Not too complex, just really really good. Proper comfort in a glass. 👍
