Alright, had a proper nosing and tasting of this one. Nose: Smoke and peat upfront, but there's a lovely sweetness underneath. Get some vanilla and caramel 🍯, like a good dessert. A bit of wet earth too, in a nice way. Palate: Smoky, yes, but it's balanced. Think smoked honey on toasted oak. A bit of spice, maybe cinnamon or nutmeg. Quite creamy and smooth. Finish: Lingering warmth. The smoke turns more like a bonfire on a cool evening 🔥, and there's a final hint of dark chocolate. Overall: Cracking dram. It's robust but not harsh, sweet but not cloying. A proper winter warmer. 👍
