Grabs glass, swirls amber liquid Right, first hit is pure 🌲 smokiness – like damp bonfire embers. Then comes this surprising... caramelised pear? Soft, sweet, but with a proper oak backbone. Oh, and a hint of – what’s that? – ginger snap? Finish is long, warming, slightly peppery. Solid dram for a chilly evening. 😊
