Cheers to this one 👍 倒出来是那种漂亮的深金色，闻起来立马想到老酒窖里开了一瓶陈年Sauternes的感觉，但居然转成了干型，挺奇妙。 喝起来第一下有点像橙味利口酒混着杏子白兰地，蜂蜜和干无花果的甜味慢慢浮上来，中间居然尝出点山楂和花粉的味道，复杂但不乱。 后段有点老苹果白兰地和蘑菇还有腐殖土的影子，草药茶感收尾，带着点玫瑰果和橄榄油那种黏稠感。虽然回味不算特别长，但整体平衡得很舒服，真的非常非常棒。

刚倒出来就闻到那种蜂蜜混合着花粉的甜香 🍯，深金色的酒液在杯子里晃着特别好看。 第一口有点像咬了口晒干的无花果，还有点葡萄干的厚重感。慢慢品着居然尝出点蘑菇那种鲜味，不知道为啥突然想起小时候跟爷爷去挖蘑菇的泥土地味道。 尾韵特别长，喉间像一直留着点果脯的回甘。整体感觉挺复杂的，平衡得很妙，收尾有种走进老酒窖那种木质和陈年的气息 🍂。 不知道为啥，喝着喝着莫名想到东欧那种果渣白兰地...但更圆润些。

Warm and easy-going 🥃 I get honey, oak, a bit of vanilla and dried fruit, then a gentle peppery tingle. Feels cosy, slightly sweet, with a wee smoky edge. Nice for a quiet evening.
