刚闻到鼻子底下，哇，那股子heavy spirity notes 和 medicinal alcohol 的冲击感就上来了，有点像 rougher 的 Slivovitz 或者 fig spirit。但仔细再闻，嘿，底下藏着 green apples、gooseberries，还有一丝 rhubarb 和 lemongrass 的清香， huge herbal side 蛮明显的。 凑近了还能发现一些 farmyard 的东西，有点 cow dung 的气息，混着 plain grass 和 hay，挺野的。哦，还有明显的 sourdough 和 loads of yeast，像刚出炉的 leaven bread。 上头那股 porridge 和 barley-y 的底子很扎实， oak-doping 的木质调和 medium 的甜度在后面撑着。尾段有些 kirsch、limoncello 和 white wine 的影子，带点 pears 的果味。 整体是 distillate-driven 的路子，非常 spirity， brutal 中又透着点 gentler 的一面。不是所有人都喜欢，但我爱这股狠劲儿， Love that! 有点让人想起某些大胆的 Cadenhead whiskies， botoxing？不存在的。

Crikey, that first sip hits like a proper Slivovitz! 🔥 All heavy spirity notes right up front, almost medicinal alcohol warming the whole throat. But then it blooms… loads of kirsch and limoncello, that sweet-tart white wine thing. Love that! It’s rougher, sure, but with a huge herbal side, like chewing on plain grass and a bit of rhubarb. Get this odd, earthy note too, like cow dung on a farm lane. Strange but strangely compelling. Then more fruit: pears, gooseberries, and a fig spirit finish. It’s like a trucker’s whisky trying to be a fancy wine. Medium body, loads of yeast, not botoxing its flaws. Proper character. 🤙

Just had a whisky – the lemongrass and gooseberries jump out first, love that! 🍋 Then it's got this farmyard thing with hay and plain grass, rougher but more natural. Loads of yeast and sourdough, with a huge herbal side. Medium body, heavy spirity notes – not quite a nosing whisky but it's really talking. Brutal at first, gentler later, reminds me of limoncello or white wine. 🥃

Warm and a bit spicy, with honey, dried fruit and a wee touch of smoke. Feels cosy, like a rainy evening by the fire 🥃 Finish is smooth, slightly oaky, and lingers nicely.
