一开瓶就闻到那种清冽的海风感，真的太 coastal 了 🌊 没想到未加水时发酵味这么明显，有点像刚打开酿麦酒的桶 喝起来居然让我想起早餐的 porridge，还有一点点苹果的酸甜🍏 中段冒出些绿色植物的味道，有点像刚割过的青草和 raw leaves 等一下… 怎么还有点像在喝 white wine？ 尾韵突然出现 sourdough 面包皮的感觉，然后转成 lemon drops 的清甜 这个酒体确实 feels younger，但尾韵又 long 得惊人 喝完嘴里还留着 wet plaster 和 chalk 的矿物质感，特别奇妙 最后居然泛起一丝 Brussels sprouts 的微苦，但立刻被 rooty sweetness 接住了 整体真的… 很 nature，像在海边岩地上散步时喝了一口 local brew 🍃 （偷偷说一句，加水后那个 kirschwasser 的果香就全跑出来了）

Ah, this one's clearly coastal now – instantly reminds me of a breezy seaside walk. Feels younger, vibrant, and the taste just goes on and on, really long. It's so close to nature, like I'm out in the wild. Got notes of sour bread and wet plaster, which is quirky but interesting. Chalk comes through too, all mineral and dry. There's a hint of kirschwasser, that cherry brandy sweetness, and some rooty sweetness underneath. Lemon drops add a citrusy kick, and it's got this white wine quality – crisp and light. Cut cactus? Maybe that's the green, vegetal edge. Raw leaves and grasses make it feel herbal. A touch of saltiness, and then that little whisper of chartreuse and verbena liqueur (Verveine) – very complex. Whelks bring the sea back to mind, and porridge rounds it out with a cozy, grainy feel. 🌊😊

Blimey, this one's got a lovely nose – a bit fruity with hints of apple 🍎 and a touch of spice. On the palate, it's smooth and warming, not too smoky. Finishes with a gentle sweetness. Really nice! 😊🥃

Ah, this whisky's got a lovely smoky kick with hints of honey and wood. 🍯 It's smoothe on the palate, warming right down. 😊 Can taste some fruity undertones too, like apples or pears. 🍎 Really mellow finish, just sits there nicely. A bit of vanilla comes through as well, very moreish! 👍 Reminds me of a cozy evening by the fire. 🔥
