今晚开了瓶，倒在杯里先闻了闻——海盐和海藻的味道扑面而来，还带着点甘草和茴香的香气，挺有意思的。 喝起来能感觉到杏仁的甜香，还有一丝丝酸啤酒和白葡萄酒的联想，像是混着点自家酿的拉基酒。酒体有点像粥状的口感，咸味慢慢在嘴里化开，越喝越明显。 余味真的好长，带点甘草和茴香的回味，还有点像老肥皂的奇特感觉。不像青草那么生青，反而让我想起海边的羊毛衫？ 喝这酒得有点耐心，慢慢来它才会回报你。有时候真想拿个滴管细细品 😄 总之是次很有趣的体验，咸鲜又复杂，喝着真带劲~

哇哦，这杯喝起来真带劲！首先是一股清爽的柠檬味，还带着点海盐的咸鲜感，像在海边吹风似的 😄 然后慢慢浮现出白葡萄酒的轻盈，甚至让我想起生蚝配柠檬汁的鲜味。中段有点意思，像加了一丁点茴香酒，还有杏仁和甘草的淡淡香气，层次挺丰富。 后味有点像熟透的李子，还有点面团发酵的那种温暖感。最后收尾特别长，嘴里留着盐和甘草的余韵，海风的感觉一直没散 🌊 整体喝着挺有意思，不断有新味道冒出来，需要你慢慢品才能全体会到。真是个有趣的体验！

Quite smooth and sweet, with a hint of smoke 🔥 Getting chocolate and honey vibes, maybe some vanilla too. A bit peaty on the finish. Really rather nice! 😊 Would deffo have another dram of this one 👍
