这杯威士忌闻起来有香草和梨子的甜味,还带点烤过的橡木感。舌尖碰到时有点凉丝丝的,像含了一颗薄荷糖,接着是青苹果和葡萄柚的清爽,但马上被海盐和一点点胡椒的辛辣感盖住了。 回味里有淡淡的烟熏火药味和海带的气息,整体挺年轻,有点像没冰镇透的白葡萄酒。中段能尝到绿茶的回甘和奶油布丁的滑顺,但尾韵突然冲上来一股类似陈年木头和果仁的涩感。 要是再陈几年,可能会更柔顺些吧。不过现在喝着就像站在海边的木栈道上,手里拿着半熟的梨子,风吹过还带着点草药香 🌊 对了,余味居然有点像Dr Pepper汽水,甜甜的香料感挂着不走,挺有意思的。

Just had a go at this whisky, and it's like a little adventure in a glass. There's a whiff of gunpowder tea and herbs, earthy and smoky, then green apples and vanilla pop up – sweet and fresh. I even taste something like Dr. Pepper, with that spicy-sweet kick. The coastalness is gentle, soft seaweed notes making me think of seaside walks. It feels a bit young, new-make-y, and could use a few more years to smooth out. The aftertaste has custard and sweet pears, alongside aniseed and sunflower oil, maybe from the thuja wood or teak oil. There's cranberries for a tart edge, and a white wine-like acidity that sticks around. Pretty accurate flavors all round! 😊

Nose hits you with custard and vanilla, then ripe gooseberries pop out. Tastes medium, got grapefruit and green tea zing, a bit peppery. Feels young, almost new-make-y, but sweet fruits like pears and green apples are everywhere—apples really rule the show. Coastal vibes with seawater and a saltier finish. Aftertaste has aniseed, herbs, and a touch of thuja wood. Also get chalk and Dr. Pepper notes, cranberries and sweet pears for fruit, lemony crispness like white wine. Pretty accurate overall! 😊

Right, poured a dram just now. 🍐 First hit is sweet pears and green apples – very fresh, like walking through an orchard. There's a soft vanilla and custard note underneath, a bit like dessert. Then it gets interesting. A touch of aniseed and black pepper comes through, not too sharp. The finish is where I get that coastalness, a faint sea air and soft seaweed, with a lingering chalky mouthfeel. Reminds me a little of white wine sometimes, with a lemony edge. It’s a bit youthful, you know? Like it could have done with a few more years maybe. But overall, it’s pleasant and easy. Apples are definitely ruling the show here. 🍏

喝起来有custard和vanilla的甜,但apples更抢戏,像啃青苹果🍎 还有点白葡萄酒的酸。后面有点gunpowder tea的微涩,混着herbs和green tea的清新。 咸感悄悄来了,像舔了下seawater,但配着软软的seaweed香。甜pears和ripe gooseberries的果味在中间打转,尾段突然蹦出点Dr. Pepper的草本甜。 回味带着pepper的微辣,还有点new-make-y的年轻冲劲,整体不算厚重但层次挺活泼的~ 🌊🍐
