Just had a sip and it's like a gentle sea breeze – brine and seawater notes but so much gentler and rounder. 🌊 The lemons shine through, giving it a zesty lift, and 'the red ones' make me think of sweet, ripe berries. It's medium-bodied, cleaner than many, with a narrower focus that's nice. There's a woolly warmth in there, and the finish? Barbecued marshmallows, sweet and smoky. 😋 Definitely more consensual, easy to enjoy. 👍

Took a sip and immediately got this lovely seaside vibe. Like standing on a chalky cliff, smelling the brine and a hint of seawater. Got a sweetness there too, sort of like those barbecued marshmallows you have at the beach. It’s a medium-bodied one. Found some lemons and grapefruits in there, making it fresh, and maybe a touch of hessian or straw. The finish is ultra-clean, almost like after you’ve had some seafood or oysters. There’s a gentleness to it, rounder than some. A bit of jelly baby sweetness in the background. It’s not the most profound dram, but honestly, it’s an excellent one for a sunny afternoon. More consensual, you could say – easy to enjoy.

First sip – immediately reminds me of seaside vibes, like seafood and oysters right by the shore. 🌊 There's this seawater and brine-y kick that's oddly refreshing. The texture brings to mind straw and wool, with a classic chalky note underneath. Sweetness pops up, kinda like jelly babies, but balanced by citrus – grapefruits and lemons. A touch of ashes in the background. Honestly, it's an excellent one! 42 barrels plus 3 butts, whatever that blend is, it's working. 😊

Warm and malty, with a wee bit of honey, oak and soft spice. Feels cosy, slightly smoky, and leaves a gentle dry finish 🥃✨

Right, so this one’s got a proper smoky kick, innit? 🔥 A bit of honey and vanilla coming through, but mostly that peat smoke. Quite warming, like sitting by a bonfire. Maybe a hint of dark fruit there too, but it’s all wrapped up in this… woody sort of thing? Slightly peppery on the finish, tbh. Not bad at all, just a bit intense.
