Ah, just poured myself a dram for the evening... First thing I get is this lovely smell of toffee and butterscotch, very good indeed! And there's something like custard and crème brulée in there, creamy and sweet. Takes me back to those classic cakes my nan used to make, maybe millionaire shortbread with all that fudge. Oh, and there's a bit of maltiness, like fresh scones or muffins. 🤤 On the palate, it’s quite medium and cakey. I get this interesting mix of Ovaltine and a touch of chestnut honey. There's even a hint of something like plum jams right at the end, with a little grassy touch that keeps it fresh. Sits so nicely, just warming you up. Perfect with a cup of herbal tea. 😊

Oh this one’s lovely right off the bat — got that sweet, caramelly butterscotch and toffee hit, like millionaire shortbread in a glass. Proper comforting, with a malty, cakey backbone. Getting some nice roasted peanuts and a whiff of chamomile tea, maybe a bit of hay. The mouthfeel’s medium, not too heavy. It’s… classic cakes and a touch of Ovaltine, honestly. Very good indeed. Fades rather short, but leaves you with a bit of plum jam and a hint of coconut. Not overly complicated, just genuinely pleasant. 🥃

Right then, here's me thoughts on this dram… 🥃 Nose: stewed apples and a bit of toffee, maybe a whiff of old leather. Almost like me nan's kitchen after she's been baking. Tiny hint of something floral, like heather? 🌾 Taste: Oof, that's warm. Caramel and a touch of spice – cinnamon, nutmeg. Got a creamy mouthfeel, like melted butter on hot toast. There's a wee bit of dried fruit lurking in the background, sultanas I reckon. A subtle oakiness comes through, but it’s not overpowering. 🍯 Finish: Lingers nice. The spice fades to a gentle peppery tingle, and then this lovely malty sweetness. Leaves ya wanting another sip. A bit of a cigar box note at the very end. 👌 Overall, a proper cozy dram for a rainy evening. No nasty off-notes, just comfort. Solid stuff.

Oh wow, this whisky's got a proper smokey vibe! 🥃 Tastes like a bonfire in a good way. Then there's a sweet hit of vanilla and caramel – really smooth, init? 🍰 The peaty finish is bang on, luv. Makes me think of rainy days in the countryside. 🌧️ Get a bit of fruity undertones too, maybe apple or summat. 🍎 Overall, it's dead warming, perfect for a chilly evenin'. Cheers! 😊 Smokey, sweet, and just lovely. 🔥
