Oh, this one’s interesting! First thing I get is this wonderfully citrusy burst, like lemon zest and green apples 🍏. Then it gets a bit earthy, with a touch of wet leaves and something like straw or a mown lawn after rain. There’s a gentle warmth of white pepper and cloves, balanced by a sweet, waxy note, maybe beeswax. The texture reminds me of raw cider or even a hint of limoncello, with a slightly oily, sunflower oil feel. Towards the end, I find some more surprising notes – a bit of chalky plaster, some crushed oyster shells, and a curious almond-like bitterness. The finish is rather long, fading out with that lovely citrusy lemon balm and a whisper of peat smoke. Really quite a complex pour! 👍

Lovely wee dram. I get warm honey, soft oak, a bit of dried fruit and spice. 🥃 Feels smooth, cosy, and slightly smoky at the end. Quite easy to sip.

Smoky nose, kinda earthy 🌲 First sip - woody, bit o' spice Then... vanilla? No wait, more like toffee Mouthfeel's smooth, not too thick Huh, there's a citrus zing at the end 🍋 Aftertaste lingers... malty? Not bad for a random Tuesday dram 🥃 Oh! Just got some dried fruit notes Apple? Pear? Something autumn-ish 🍂 This one grows on ya

Ah mate, this one's a right treat! 🥃 Starts off all fruity, like a good sherry cask job - you get them dark cherries and a bit of orange peel. Then it opens up, innit? Some vanilla custard, maybe a touch of ginger... proper warming. Finishes long with a bit of oak and a whisper of smoke. Bloody lovely for a chilly evening. 👍 Not too heavy, not too light - just hits that sweet spot. Me mate brought it round last week and we were both well chuffed with it.

Ahh right, this one's proper lovely 😍 First hit is all warm honey and vanilla, like, almost creamy? Then you get this gentle smokiness creepin in, not too heavy like 👌 There's definitely some chocolatey bits there, dark chocolate mind you, not that cheap stuff. And a wee touch of toffee that just lingers on the tongue mmm Kinda oaky as well, bit of that woody thing goin on. Makes you think of sittin by a fireplace init 🪵 The finish is long and warmin, keeps goin after you've swallowed. Quite complex actually but not in a confusin way - everything just works togever nicely Would defo have another dram of this 👍 very moreish
