Almost a surprise, this one. Starts off kinda beery, then whoosh — straight lemon juice meets pastry dough? Like a mad limoncello soaked in fresh brioche. There’s this cool Teaninich vibe running through it, really. Young malts, a bit rough, but good dough underneath. And chalk — moist chalk, like licking a seaside rock. Suddenly I’m thinking of seaweed, and an old sweater left on the beach ages ago. Weird, but it works. Gets maltier as it goes, with green pears and a touch of grapefruit. Finish is medium to long, fading into that chalk again… oh, and a little nougat right at the end. 👌

Last night's dram had this plaster note – dry and chalky, kinda like an old sweater you forgot on the beach, all salty and worn. Citrus popped up with grapefruit and lemon, almost a limoncello vibe. It got maltier again, with green pears and straw coming through. The finish was medium to long, cool and crisp, evoking those old, small distilleries. Hints of tomato leaves and cider, with moist chalk on the palate. In the aftertaste, a touch of nougat, almost a surprise, and a good doughy feel. Chalky overall, but I didn't mind it at all. 🥃

First sip hits with a beerish start, kinda like a crisp ale. Then it mellows into classic malty warmth, with a touch of cider and lemon – like straight lemon juice blended right into pastry dough. 😊 The finish is medium to long, that old sweater forgotten on the beach feeling, salty and cozy. Hints of grapefruit and straw pop up, a bit of moist chalk and fresh liquorice underneath. Good dough returns, almost a plaster-like dryness. It gets maltier again as it lingers, and in the aftertaste, there's a sweet touch of nougat. Quite nice, really.

Quite a cosy dram, really 🥃 I get soft smoke, a bit of dried fruit, honey, and some oaky spice. Feels warming without being too heavy. Finish is gentle, slightly sweet, with a wee peppery kick. Nice for a quiet evening.

That aroma... quite lovely, really. 🍎🍎 like baked apples and a bit of cinnamon, I reckon. Maybe some honey and vanilla there too, underneath. On the palate, it's got a lovely warmth to it. A touch of oak wood, not too much, mind. There's a bit of a smoky edge, just a whisper, like a distant campfire. 🌲💨 Fruit is there again, perhaps stewed fruit or something. Quite smooth. Finishes with a hint of spice and that lovely woody note lingers. 🥃✨ A proper winter warmer, that.
