这瓶闻起来就挺tougher的，一开始有点像lager那种气泡感，但又混着sour apples的酸味。仔细一闻还有点white wine那种干干的稻草香，凑近能感觉到raw oak的木头味。 喝起来比闻着nicer on the palate，但确实有leaves and grasses的那种青草感，甚至像fermenting hay发酵的味道。酒体medium左右，不会太厚重。有种porridge的稠感，又带点peach leaf tea的微苦。 尾韵像热soup的蒸汽感，muscovado的黑糖甜慢慢出来。放hipflask里带出门应该不错，虽然刚开瓶有点baby vt的刺激感。后段有nougat from burnt woods那种焦糖香，grist的麦芽原料味很明显。 整体是good robust malt打底，grass and malty的风味贯穿始终，收尾带a little sour的果酸。

Smoky peat on the nose, a bit of honeyed sweetness 🥃 Tastes like toffee and vanilla with a hint of spiciness 🍯 Finish is warming, slightly woody. Quite mellow, really. 👍

First sip, oh that's lovely – a right proper smoky warmth, like a autumn bonfire 🔥. Then some sweet vanilla and a touch of caramel, innit? Gets a bit fruity with apple notes and a hint of spicy cinnamon. Finish is all honey and oak, with maybe a whisper of chocolate. Really comforting, that. 🥃✨ Sometimes I taste a bit of citrus too, makes it refreshing. Gotta love a good whisky, yeah? 😊

Right, this dram's got a nice smokyness 🌬️, with some fruity notes coming through. A bit of spice on the finish, really pleasant. 🍂 Love the peaty edge too – just warms you up! 🥃
