Right, so this one's quite interesting... not getting much wood at all, which is a bit different. The nose is giving me sunny afternoon vibes - fresh cut grass, a bit of wild herbs like rosemary and thyme. There's something almost like a dry white wine in there too, quite crisp and clean 🌿 On the palate, I'm picking up that grassy note again, kind of like chewing on fresh blades of grass on a summer day. And then there's this weird carrot thing? Like fresh garden carrots, not the boiled ones your nan used to make you eat haha 🥕 The finish brings out a bit of coffee, which I wasn't really expecting. Quite a pleasant surprise actually. Overall it's quite fresh and herby, something I'd maybe reach for on a sunny afternoon with the windows open. Rather nice!

Honestly, the first thing that hits me is this sharp, white wine-like acidity, very spirity indeed. 😄 It’s like getting a whiff of dry limestone and fresh herbs—thyme and rosemary, maybe? Almost like crushing them between your fingers. Then there’s this green note, like newly mown grass after summer rain. And right at the back, a subtle coffeeish bitterness sneaks in, grounding it all. Pleasantly complex, really makes you sit up and pay attention. 🍷

Warm and cosy, with a bit of sweet malt and soft spice. Feels like a quiet evening by the fire 🥃 A little fruity, a little oaky, nicely mellow. Not too fussy, just easy to enjoy.

Righ, this whisky's got a proper smoky nose 🌲, kinda intense at first but mellows quick. Tastes of oak and a bit of honey 🍯, really smooth on the palate. Finish is warm with a touch of spice 🌶️, just smashing! 😊
