Hmm, poured myself a dram and gave it a swirl. The nose was pretty forgettable, to be honest, but the palate? Oh boy, that's pretty remarkable! 😊 I got this golden hue in the glass, and it reminded me of lamp oil in the light. Taking a sip, there's a mix of apples and green pears, almost like a fruit salad. Then comes this malty, toffee sweetness, kind of like bread fresh from the oven. But wait, there's also a soapy note? Weird, but it adds to the mysterious flavours. It's got this Ovaltine vibe, like a very strong beer crossed with burnt Swiss cheese. The finish is pretty long, with barley and energy bars lingering on the tongue. Overall, a interesting experience. 🥃

The nose is pretty forgettable, honestly – not much going on there 😅 But then you taste it and whoa, the palate is pretty remarkable! It's like Ovaltine mixed with barley and fresh bread, all malty and sweet. The colour reminds me of gold, and there's this green pear freshness popping up. Oddly, I get hints of lamp oil – a bit oily, you know? – and it's got a very strong beer vibe, almost like energy bars soaked in toffee. The finish is pretty long, lingering on with that malty sweetness. Cheers! 🥃

Warm and cosy dram, with a bit of honey, soft fruit and gentle spice. Feels smooth, slightly oaky, and leaves a nice wee warmth after 😊

By going strong! First opened... rich dark fruit, a hint of vanilla. 🤤 Bend over - it's a proper warm hug on the tongue. Oaky, with a touch of spice. Finishes long, gets a bit nutty. 🥜 Smooth. Really moreish, that's a good dram. 👍
