Oh wow, this one just hits you straight away. A huge surge of waxes, right up front, almost like sniffing an old scented candle. Then it shifts into these sharp, earthy notes... pine resins and something weirdly like petrol, but in a good way? Wait, then you get this lovely, bright lychee and honey sweetness cutting through. The aftertaste is long and herbal, reminds me of heather ale. It's big and complex... I'm getting old riesling, green plums, and something of truffle oil. Really oily and waxy in texture. Those bitter citrus peels and sandalwood linger, with this sooty, toasted cereal base. A truly majestic whisky. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Ah, right then. Had a bit of a complex one tonight. Started off with this huge wave of wildflower honey and toasted oats, almost like walking through a meadow in late summer. Then it got proper waxy – not a hint, mind you, a whole chunk of beeswax candle mixed with some sharp, green fruit. A bit like a greengage plum, perhaps. Bit of a surprise in the middle, got a waft of something floral, white flowers maybe, and then this oddly pleasant, almost medicinal herby note – like old ointments or a hint of natural tar. Dry finish, mind. Very dry. The aftertaste is where it lingers. Long, with these bitter citrus peels and a faint whisper of sandalwood or something earthy. Quite the experience. 🤔

Right, first wee sip… oof, bit of a punch! 🔥 Then it settles, gets all warm an' cozy, like toffee apples by the fire. 🍎🍬 Nose is full of orchard fruit—pears, a hint of cinnamon. Finish lingers, spicy oak an' a lovely butter biscuit thing. Proper dram for a drizzly evening. 🌧️🥃 Could do wi' a drop more o' that.

Aye, this one’s a right treat. 👃 Nose is full of stewed orchard fruit, heather honey, an’ a wee whisper of old leather. First sip hits with oily toffee an’ a flicker of warming ginger. 🍯 Mid-palate a dark chocolate note sneaks in, then dried fig an’ a lick of sea salt. Finish is long an’ lazy—soft bonfire smoke, cracked black pepper, an’ the last echo of that honey just hangin’ about. 🥃 Really morish, that.
