第一口挺温和的，带点柠檬和蜂蜜的甜，慢慢就有矿物感出来了，像含了块光滑的石头。 咽下去之后回味很长，突然有种粉笔似的干涩，接着是淡淡的烟味和盐味，就像站在海边礁石上。 后面几口味道越来越冲，居然有点草药和樟脑的感觉，但混合着花香和熟透的苹果，挺奇妙的。 酒体不算厚重，但余味里全是蜡质感，像刚吹熄的蜡烛，还带点稻草香。喝着喝着浑身暖和起来，简单却很有层次。

哦，这杯真是有点意思… lovely honey的甜感一下子就出来了，但又带着那种chalky的矿物质口感，很奇妙。 喝下去最明显的是salty，真的很salty，像直接闻了seawater，是我喝过saltiest的之一了。后面慢慢出来一些bandages和camphory side，有点像小时候药箱里的味道，medicinal touches挺明显的。 空杯里居然有淡淡的flowers和pollen香，太神奇了。整体又很纯粹，full of character，喝完喉咙里还留着minerals和一点oranges的回味，fantastic 😄

Oh, this one’s a bit of a character right from the off. Starts easy enough, almost gentle, then you get this lovely hit of salt and sharp lemon zest, like seaside air after the rain. There’s a definite honey sweetness too, but it’s all wrapped up in this lovely waxy texture – honestly, feels like licking a candle made of beeswax, in the best way. The salty thing is quite upfront, reminds me of seawater splashing on the rocks. And there’s this faintly medicinal edge, like a clean bandage or something camphory, but it blends in with a bit of smoky straw. Feels like it’s come from one of those old, used casks that’s seen some peat life before. Get some overripe apples and minerals underneath, maybe a bit of chalky dust. Long finish, keeps that salty-mineral-y thing going. Really quite full and powerful, but that easiest side does make it pretty quaffable. Pure life, really. 👍

Warm and cosy, with a bit of honey, oak and gentle spice 🥃 Feels smooth enough, slightly smoky, and leaves a nice wee sweetness after. Quite comforting, really.

Right then, just had a wee sip of this here dram. First thing that hits is this gorgeous honeye sweetness 🍯, like the good stuff from a proper hive. Then a wave of vanilla and creamy fudge comes through, really moreish. Gets a bit spicy after that - think cinnamon sticks and a hint of ginger 🔥. There's a lovely soft smoke there too, not a bonfire, more like woodsmoke drifting across a moor. Finish is long and warming, with the oak coming through nicely and a little floral note hanging on. Afteraste has that classic warmth you want on a cold night. Proper little beaut, this one. A cracking dram for sure. 👍
