刚倒出来就闻到非常经典的雪莉桶风味，颜色是那种漂亮的浅琥珀色 😊 第一口的感觉特别柔和，有很浓的雪莉和焦糖味，几乎尝起来像纯焦糖，让我想起了法式焦糖布丁。说真的，你得是真喜欢焦糖的人才会爱上它！ 喝着喝着，雪莉和橡木的味道变得更明显，偶尔还能感受到一点干燥橙皮。哎，这焦糖味是越来越重了… 让我惊喜的是完全没有硫磺味，而且收尾居然有点烧焦蛋糕的回味，挺有意思的。 真的是很 nice 的一款，日常喝很棒。

Poured myself a dram tonight — lovely light amber colour in the glass, really catches the light and looks brighter than most. First thing I notice is this sleek waxiness on the tongue, almost like beeswax mixed with a bit of furniture polish. Then comes the dried citrus peel and citrons, quite concentrated, with a hint of asparagus in there somewhere? Odd but I like it 😄 Gets more textural as you go, the waxes build up and there's something gloopy about those hardwood resins underneath. A touch of prunes and oddly some cough mixtures vibes — that camphor kick, you know? Quite punchy for something so smooth. Definitely weightier than it looks. The aftertaste goes on much longer than expected, all polished hardwoods and a bit of that ointment quality lingering. Really satisfying stuff 🥃

这杯的颜色像淡淡的蜂蜜水，刚倒出来就闻到一股子雪莉桶的印记，挺明显。 喝起来感觉很集中，甚至有点冲，像家具上光剂混着点樟脑丸的味道，让我想起以前涂药膏的回忆…咂咂嘴，后面居然有薄荷茶和松脂的凉气，挺奇妙的。 它有种蜡质的顺滑感，咽下去后，嘴里留下的东西更厚实，像某种膏体化开了。慢慢地，会浮出一些果脯的甜，杏干、香蕉片那种，还有一丝微酸的柑橘调✨ 总体感觉，雪莉桶给得很足，压住了一些本该更明亮的特质。但它的层次挺有趣，从硬木的坚实感，过渡到后面一些柔软的、像蜂蜡包裹的果味。后劲比较长，最后有那么一点点…像画布或者麻布的干燥回味。 哦对，中间还飘过一点很淡的芦笋和薄荷的清凉，挺飘忽的。算是有性格的一杯，喝的时候得有点耐心去等它的变化。😂

Light amber in the glass, quite bright ✨ Feels weightier than I expected — oily, a bit waxy, almost like olive oil on the tongue. Mint tea, menthol, pine cones, then those old-school cough mixture and furniture polish vibes. Fruit comes through louder after a minute: prunes, crystalised tropical fruit, a wee bit of light pineapple-y sweetness. Long finish, minty and textural. Quite tasty, honestly.

Warm and a bit spicy, with honey, oak and a wee smoky edge 🥃 Feels cosy, smooth-ish, and lingers nicely. Proper nice for a quiet evening.
