Just had a pour and wow – that smokiness is very pleasant, kind of gentle. It's rather dry, almost like a dry sherry, perfect for a refill after work. Getting flinty, ueber-flinty notes with a rooty, earthy vibe – reminds me of a new leather jacket. Cinnamon hits hard, then even more cinnamon – bags and bags of it! Pepper sneaks in too. The color is full amber, and the finish is long with sultanas. Not exactly winey, more like grape pips. If you're into dry sherry, this is a great whisky. 👍

Bloody hell, this one’s got a serious flinty kick to it, almost like licking a wet stone. First impression is all dry sherry and that beautiful full amber colour in the glass. The smell’s a bit like new leather jacket and orange marmalade. Then you get this massive wave of cinnamon, like, bags and bags of it, with some nutmeg and a proper spice mix for mulled wine underneath. There’s a hint of smoke and maybe some grape pips and prunes lurking around. First sip is quite peppery, and honestly, even more cinnamon comes through. It’s rather dry, not exactly winey, but has a kind of rooty, earthy depth. The finish is long, very long. It’s a bit of a beast, honestly. Perfect for a cold night. 🥃

Oh blimey, this whisky's got a proper smoky thing going on 🌬️. Quite peaty too, with a subtle sweetness like honey or summat. Hmm, maybe a hint of fruit? 🍎 Smooth on the palate, I reckon. Cheers! 🥃

Right then, had a wee dram tonight 🥃 Smells like orchard fruits and honey 🍯 proper sweet nose. Taste is warm... vanilla oak 🪵 then a kick of spice. Finish lingers, smoky 🌫️ but not too peaty. Definately smooth enough for sipping. Alittle harsh at the end but thats fine. Proper nice stuff for the price.
