Just sipped this whisky, deep gold colour that reminds me of a Mars bar. On the nose, I get malt and gingerbread, with traces of peat and a grassy side – kinda feisty! Tastes like orange liqueur and honey cake, maybe a hint of varnish but that’s alright. Finish is long and malty, with touches of earth and fennel. Feels rounder, almost ethereal, very good stuff, much to my liking 😊 Oh, and there’s a bit of baklavas and chestnut honey in there too, with overripe apples. Big stuff, really, with chocolate and limejuice notes. Salty, like gravel from the Lowlands side, but fatter on the palate. Almost like a white wine vibe with liquorice wood. Cheers!

First sip, I'm hit with this salty edge and a grassy side. Just traces of peat, but it's very good. Has that Lowlands vibe, though with big stuff like gingerbread and honey cake. Sharpish zestiness comes through, kinda like limejuice. There's liquorice wood and chestnut honey sweetness, almost like a Mars bar. Overripe apples and white wine notes add depth. Some gravel and varnish in there, but in a nice way. Orange liqueur and fennel pop up too. Feels almost-ethereal, like a '98 vintage. The malt and cake are lovely – much to my liking! It's feisty and bold, a bigger, bolder style with real punch. 👍

Quite warming and cosy 🥃 I get a bit of dried fruit, soft oak, and a gentle spicy kick. Finish feels smooth, slightly sweet, with a wee smoky edge. Nice for a slow evening.

Warm and mellow, with a bit of honeyed sweetness, soft spice, and a wee smoky edge 🥃 Feels cosy, easy to sip, and lingers nicely without being too heavy.

Hmm, just had a samlpe. Proper lush 👌 First off, it's got that sweet vanillla kick, kinda like 🍯. Then you get this warm, oakey thing, you know? A little bit spicy, clove maybe? And a fruity note, lik raisins or summat. The finish is long and smoky 🔥. A proper winter warmer, this one. No fuss, just good vibes. Cheers 🥃
