Right, just poured a wee dram of this one. Nose is like sticking your head into a slightly damp bothy – woodsmoke, a whiff of old leather, and something almost like brine. There’s a honeyed sweetness trying to push through too, reminds me of set honey on toast at me gran’s. First sip hits with that campfire ash note, proper bonfire night vibes 🔥, then it melts into this toffee-apple chewiness. Bit of peppery warmth on the tongue, like cracked black pepper on grilled stone fruit. Finish is a slow fade of oaky spice and a faint, salty breeze. Leaves a nice cosy glow in the chest, not harsh at all. Reckon it’d be spot on with a square of dark choccy 🍫.

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get a bit of honey, soft oak, and a wee touch of spice. Feels warm, mellow, and easy to sip by the fire. Slight fruity note too — quite comforting, really.

Quite cosy on a chilly evening 🥃 Bit of toffee, soft oak, maybe some dried fruit and a wee peppery warmth. Feels smooth enough, with a gentle sweet finish. Nice little sipper, honestly.

Warm and easy-going dram 🥃 I get a bit of honey, soft oak, dried fruit and a wee spicy tingle. Feels cosy, slightly smoky, and nicely mellow. Could sip this on a chilly evening.

Sipping this one, I get a hit of smokiness right off the bat 🥃, a bit like a campfire. Then there's some fruity sweetness, maybe apples or pears. It's got a spicy kick too, reminds me of cinnamon. On the palate, it's smooth but with a woody touch. Feels warm and cozy, perfect for a rainy day in Manchester. 😊 The finish lingers, a bit dry with hints of chocolate. Cheers! 🥃
