Bit of orchard fruit stewin’ in the background—stewed apples, maybe a whisper of pear. Finish lingers with a gentle, peaty wisp an’ just a touch of sea salt dark chocolate 🍫 Not shouty, just… comfy. Like a dram by the fire after a rainy walk.

nose first off - bit of a buttery toast vibe? 🧈 then gets all sweet like apple crumble wiv a cuppa ☕ hmm... that peat smoke sneaks in like a proper foggy morning 🌫️ on the tongue it's all toffee apples at first, then BANG 💥 cinnamon kick! like someone just snuck into the kitchen 🎄 finish is proper long n warm... lingers like a good gossip by the fire 🔥 could defo drink this while watchin telly on a rainy day 📺 wiskey's got that "just right" strength... not too harsh, innit? 👌 might add a drop of water next time... see if it opens up more 💧
