Feels a bit unusual, in a good way 😊 Starts with apple peel, shortbread and cake, then turns more gingery and orangey. There’s a green tannin grip, a wee metallic spicy edge, like Syrah/Shiraz, and some old roses/pot-pourri vibes. Gets rounder with time, but still a tad off-kilter. Blood orange, walnut cake, old humidor… quite a quirky sip.

Warm and smoky, with a wee bit of honeyed sweetness 🍯 Feels cosy, slightly spicy, and quite mellow. Bit of oak, dried fruit, and a gentle peaty hug. Nice for a quiet evening, honestly.

Alright, so this dram is proper lush. 🥃 On the nose, I'm gettin' whiffs of smokey peat – like a bonfire on the moor. 🔥🌿 Then, fruity notes pop up, apples and a bit o' citrus zing. 🍎🍊 Palate is spicy with ginger, but smooth as anything. 🌶️ Caramel and vanilla from the oak, acutally divine. 🍮 Finishes with honey and dark choc, lovely. 🍫 Ace, this one! 😄
