Feels a bit unusual, in a good way 😊 Starts with apple peel, shortbread and cake, then turns more gingery and orangey. There’s a green tannin grip, a wee metallic spicy edge, like Syrah/Shiraz, and some old roses/pot-pourri vibes. Gets rounder with time, but still a tad off-kilter. Blood orange, walnut cake, old humidor… quite a quirky sip.
