Oof, that first hit is a bit strong! 🔥 Get past it and there's proper honey and vanilla coming through. Like a woody, slightly smoky hug. It's warming all the way down. Really can taste the oak barrel, maybe some dried fruit? A touch of spice that lingers. Definitely a "sipper," not a gulp. Makes me think of sitting by a fire. 👍 A hint of something floral? Hard to put my finger on it. But it's good, solid stuff.

Just had a pour, proper nice stuff. 🥃 Smell is warm, like burnt sugar and a bit of wood smoke 🔥. Goes down easy, warms the belly straight away. Sweet at first then a little spice kicks in. Definitly makes the evening better. 🌙 Cheers mates. 🍻
