Right then, just poured a glass. 🥃 Nose is proper warm... like dried fruits and a hint of woodsmoke. Reminds me of my grandads study. Taste? Sweet at first, honeyish 🍯, then a little spice kicks in. Pepery maybe? Finish lingers nicely. Makes you wanna sit by the fire and not talk to anyone. 😌 Bit of burn but the good sort. Cheers. 🍻
