Oh, this is... a proper dram, innit? 🥃 Right, first off, got that lovely golden hue. Nose is deffinitely giving me some sweet stuff - think honey 🍯 and a bit of stewed fruit, like you’d get in a crumble. Maybe some orange peel sneaking in there too 🍊. Palate’s got a bit more going on. There’s a nice, rounded vanilla oakiness, not too punchy. A hint of something spicier, like ginger or cinnamon, lingers. 🌶️ It’s warming, not burning. Finish is medium-length, leaves a pleasant, slightly malty sweetness on the tongue. A real cosy, fireside sipper. 😊
