Just had a dram of this... proper nice! 😌 First sip's got a bit of a burn, like cinnamon and honey mixed, then it mellows right out. Getting some toffee notes and a hint of apple, maybe? It's very... cozy. Warming all the way down, like a hug for your insides. 🥃 Finish is long and a wee bit spicy. Really makes you slow down and savour it. A lovely way to end the day, that.
