First sip hits like a splash of cold lime peel and gooseberry right on the tongue. It's so… green and citric. Quivering, nervous acidity, almost like really good old Chenin Blanc or Riesling. Definitely get that mineral, wet clay and limestone thing going on underneath. A bit tight without water, honestly. Like it’s holding back a secret. But add a few drops and wow, it truly explodes! All these fresh muddled herbs—tarragon, maybe some wormwood—come rushing out. Tastes like a garden after rain, with geraniums and jasmine flowers. There's a grassy, cereal note too, but it's clean, like buttered white toast. The finish is long, drying, with a waxy feel like a freshly waxed canvas jacket. Getting some petrol and bergamot oil at the very end. It’s a tough, brilliant distillate, for sure. Power and precision in every sip. Never had anything quite like it.

这杯闻起来真有意思,先是飘出一些清爽的白色水果香气,像未熟的青苹果和白葡萄。然后慢慢能尝到一些热带水果的感觉,芒果和百香果的甜味很突出,但不会太腻。 口感挺顺滑的,带着一点柔软的烟熏,但主要是水果味。喝到后面,红色水果的味道出来了,黑加仑和红醋栗,像是喝了一口混合果汁。 最后收尾有淡淡木头香和一丝柑橘皮的苦,挺干净的。整体像在喝一杯加了点烟熏味的热带水果糖水,很轻松。🍊🥃

Last night's whisky was a proper journey. First whiff hit me with vivid crushed nettles, fresh muddled herbs, and lime peel – like vase water, oddly. It's got this precision, you know? On the taste, it's tense and mineral, with finger limes and limestone. Really specific, putty and drying waxiness, but with power and a long finish. Drop of water and it explodes! The green, fresh, citric, mineral quartet comes alive – tarragon, Geraniums, buttered white toast, aniseed. Bergamot oil and clay too. Citrus fruits and quivering green acidity keep it nervy, amazing unique distillate. Petrolic notes, jasmine flower, wormwood – very citrus and grass driven. Clean cereal, exotic fruit teas. Tough but brilliant, like sitting somewhere between St Magdalene and Lochside. 😊

这杯酒的颜色,是那种很清亮的稻草色,阳光底下看特别舒服。 闻着就是一大捧刚摘的柠檬、青柠皮,还有点接骨木花的香气,底下隐隐约约有股很干净的汽油味,挺奇妙的。🌿 喝下去第一感觉是酸,那种很紧致、很提神的酸,像青苹果或者没熟透的鹅莓。你说它冲吧,但又很精细。它让我想起一些陈年的雷司令,矿石感很足,带着点黏土和潮湿的青草气息。 尾韵很长,有薄荷、龙蒿这类新鲜香草的味道,还有一丝茴芹的影子。加点水变化很明显,那些柑橘和香草的风味“嘭”地一下全打开了,更活泼了。✨ 说实话,这酒体是有点硬朗的,但又处理得特别干净,像一件打磨得极其精准的棱镜。💧

哎呀,这杯有点意思啊。 闻着是尖锐的柑橘和青草味,很冲,像刚割过的草地混着西柚皮。但底下又藏着一点旧蜡布和花瓶水那种幽幽的气息,挺奇妙的。 喝到嘴里头感觉挺“紧”的,有点紧张感,但风味很集中。先是炸开的酸橙皮和压碎的荨麻那种青涩的活力,接着泛上一些类似老本草糖和龙蒿的复杂草本味,还有茴芹的影子。 口感上有种干蜡的感觉,像在嚼一小块蜂蜡。余韵很长,慢慢带出白诗南葡萄酒那种酸度、黄油烤面包的温润,最后还留着一缕汽油和天竺葵的幽香。 总体是有点 tough,但确实精彩,很独特的一杯。🍋🌿
