这杯酒一开始是海边的那种感觉,好像潮湿的海风里夹着海草和一点点青草香。🌿 接着味道就上来了,挺厚实,有点像老药房里的樟木箱子,又混着一点烤螺肉和海鲜的焦香。猛地喝一口冲击力很强,Bish. Bash. Bosh. 像浪头打过来。 慢慢地会发现下面藏着很油润的东西,泥煤味不是那种凶猛的,是像篝火灰烬被海水打湿了,还透出烟熏薄荷和一点点黑胡椒的辛香。 有意思的是嘴里一直有股咸鲜味打底,像吃了腌柠檬和风干龙蒿,把所有味道都兜住了。尾韵很长,烟熏味里竟然飘出点羊毛毡和肥皂的清爽感。🐑✨ 整体挺有意思的,跟我以前喝过的不太一样!

刚尝到的时候,哇,这真不错!颜色是很浅的稻草色,但味道一点不简单。首先是一阵烟熏青柠的味道,接着居然有种消毒水的感觉,不过是很优雅的那种,让我想起旧药箱里的干净亚麻布。 然后,它突然变得厚实起来,有点像药糖浆,但又有深意。我好像尝到了碾碎贝壳的清新感,一下就把我拉回海边。这让我想起某个很经典的老朋友,既有熟悉感又有新意。 接下来它变得更油润、更复杂了,有种扎实的鲜味把所有味道都兜住了。烟熏薄荷的感觉很特别,凉凉的又带着烟火气。烤海螺的鲜味和炭烤香出来了,配上檀香木般的烟熏和干龙蒿的草本味,整体还是那么有海边的清新感。 胡椒的辛辣在舌尖跳动,跟之前的风格很不一样,真是惊喜!煤烟和天然焦油的味道更深沉了,但点缀着腌柠檬的咸酸和墨水的书卷气。最后在喉咙里留下长长的烟熏回味,温暖得像秋天摸着柔软的羊毛。😉 总之,喝它就像经历了一场从海边到古老药房的奇妙旅程,层次多得让人惊喜。🌿

First sip: that coastal quality hits you – wonderfully fragile yet distinct. Quite beautiful. 😊 Then the rubber fishing wellies, briny and lemony notes come in. Coal smoke, black pepper... bath salts? Oddly appealing. Finish is long, deeply smoky with natural tar, preserved lemons. Crab meat, aspirin – that antiseptic touch. Texture is fat, thick, medicinal – quite a departure! Olive oil, motor oil, pure seawater. Linens, shellfish meats, sandalwood smoke, all peat-slathered. Umami core holds it all. Really excellent! 🔥🌊

Tried this whisky tonight – first sip is like diving into pure seawater, with dried tarragon and bath salts giving it a salty herbal kick. 🌊 Then I'm imagining various shellfish meats, briny and lemony, keeping it wonderfully coastal and fresh. All wrapped in peat, deeply smoky – Bish. Bash. Bosh. Ink and black pepper pop up, more complex with a hint of aspirin. Pale straw colour, preserved lemons shining through, really excellent! Coal smoke, fat and thick medicinal textures, like crushed seashells and grilled whelks – quite a departure! It gets a bit dirty with boiler smoke and rubber fishing wellies, sheep wool, and an elegant antiseptic thread. Petrol, slightly farmy, motor oil... a nod towards those island legends. 😊

淡金色的酒液,在杯子里轻轻晃着,有种淡稻草的感觉。 凑近一闻,嘿,有点烟熏青柠的酸甜,还有种……羊毛毯晒过太阳的暖烘烘的味道?最底下是股很结实的鲜味,像海带或熬了很久的汤,把前面那些味道都稳稳托住了。 喝第一口,哗——简直是直接喝了一口冷冽的海盐水!🌊 清新得很,又带着一股强烈的海边感。紧接着,细腻的檀香木般的烟味就上来了,一点都不冲,但很持久。 咂咂嘴,感觉酒体有点油润,挺厚的。药味出来了,不是难喝的那种,是像老药房柜子里,混着草药和糖浆的、有点复杂的味道。还夹杂着一丝汽油和旧机器油的感觉,但意外地不讨厌。 回味起来真的很长。先是像烧了很久的煤炭烟,然后慢慢浮出一些腌柠檬的酸、干龙蒿的香草味,还有……嗯,有点像药店里阿司匹林片的粉感。底下一直垫着深厚的泥煤烟熏,非常重。 整体感觉很“海边”,连那些残留的、有点畜牧场般的气息,都成了这复杂风味的一部分。酒体更油,层次也比年轻的酒款丰富太多了。最后嘴里还留着一点类似各种贝壳肉的鲜甜。 咂摸半天,这种随着岁月变化带来的不同,每次喝到都让人觉得挺惊喜的。真的很棒!👍
