刚倒出来就闻到一股橡胶味,夹着点酸苹果和核桃。喝起来像是杯特别老的干白葡萄酒,带点柠檬皮和苹果酒的感觉。 中间能尝到点干牛肝菌的味道,让我想起上次喝到的那种Fino雪莉酒。口感有点干,像是泡过橡木,单宁还是绿的。 后段有点白胡椒的辣,还有点像止咳糖浆,黑巧克力的苦味冒出来。居然有点肉味,挺有意思的。最后嘴里留着点植物和桉树叶的气息,核桃味一直在。

Colour is gold. Nose has fresh mint, sour apples, and a hint of eucalyptus leaves. Taste is quite extreme – dry with green tannins, white pepper, and a leathery vegetal note. Sourness from lemons and cider, plus walnuts – bags of them. Reminds me of ultra-dry manzanilla or a very old dry white wine. Also get rubber, coal, and dried porcinis. A bitter touch like cinchona, and some tea. Finish medium long, with bitter chocolate and a cough syrup vibe. Bananas again, even the skin, and a plain 'Vicks' freshness. Fun but seriously dry! 😄

First sip is a bit of a shock – really minty, almost like chewing fresh leaves with a strong hint of that plain ‘Vicks’ chest rub. So dry it makes my mouth pucker, with a sharp white pepper kick right at the end. It's… extreme, for sure. The colour is a nice deep gold though. And then I get this weird but kinda cool leathery thing, mixed with something that oddly reminds me of cough syrup. There’s a sourness there too, almost meaty in a way? A bit of rubber comes through, but honestly, it’s part of the fun. The finish is all green tannins, and wait – now I’m tasting bananas again, even their skin! Like overripe ones. And tea. More leather, and bags of walnuts. Sour apples right at the very end, with something a bit like a fino sherry. Quite the journey. 🤔😅

Furst thing you get is a lovely whiff of honey’d malt and a wee bit of marmalade on toast. 🍊✨ Sip is soft, like melted brown sugar with a crack of black pepper. Then the oak creeps in – not heavy, just a whisper of vanilla and nutmeg. Finish lingers with a faint smokey prickle… not peat reek, more like a bonfire on a frosty evening. 🔥 Proper comfy dram, that.
