Gorgeous label drew me in – poured a dram, lovely gold colour. Nose hits with bold, lively smoke and a hint of mezcal and green apple. Tastes sharp and smoky, sherry's playing it shy, but there's citrusy notes, a squeeze of lemon. Medicinal side comes back, like aspirin dissolved in water. Finish is long with wet chalk, perfectly integrated. Utterly classic, vibrant stuff 😊 Easy on the water too.

Just had a dram – the nose is proper smoky, like a bonfire night. 🥃 On the sip, gettin' honey and apple notes, smooth as. Finish warms ya up lovely. 😋 A bit o' spice too, innit? 👃

Blimey, this one's quite lovely. Starting off with a nice apple and pear sweetness 🍎🍐, then some vanilla creeps in, kinda creamy. The finish is smoky and warming 🔥. Makes ya feel all cozy. Though sometimes I get a bit of citrus zest in there too, adds a nice zing. Overall, a proper decent dram for a quiet evening.
