Alright, I poured this light gold whisky and wow, it's got a real kick. Soft peat smoke hits first, then lemony zest with a mineral salts edge. It's rather punchy and long on the finish – really lovely. I'm getting hints of oak, but it never overpowers the raw character. There's herbal toothpaste, horseradish, and a fennel vibe. Reminds me of soda bread and yeasty sourdough, with a touch of earthiness and chalk. The coastal thing is there, slightly sizzling, and more mineral aspects come through. A bit of pollen and graphite too. It's quite a beast but fresh, with a lingering farmy note. 😊

Poured a dram and right away it hit me with this nervy, coastal vibe—like standing on wet rocks with a sea breeze. There’s a slightly sizzling edge to it, almost salty, mixed with something oddly medicinal, like mercurochrome or cough syrup if I’m honest. Got some funky, earthy notes too—think damp farmyard and a touch of smoked paprika. Feels quite punchy in the mouth, a bit spiritous but with a fatter, mineral quality underneath, like chalk and brine mixed with olive oil. Lingering finish brings back that farmy character, along with graphite and the memory of woodsmoke from a BBQ. There’s even something yeasty, like soda bread or sourdough. The oak is there but never shouts—it lets the distillate’s raw, classy character shine through. All in all, maximum entertainment in a glass. 👌

Warm and mellow, with a bit of honey, oak and dried fruit. Tiny smoky kick at the end, but nothing too heavy. Quite cosy, honestly 🥃✨

Oof, just cracked this one open. 🥃 First hit is kinda... sweet? Like burnt sugar n' a bit of orange peel. Gets warmer down the throat, innit. There’s a weird nice note at the end – maybe dried fruit? Figs? Nose is heavy on the vanilla, tbh. A bit of woodiness too. 🌲 Definitely need a drop of water with this bad boy. Opens it right up. 👌 Hmm, getting some caramel now. And a liitle spiciness? Pepper? Lingerng finish. Warm and a bit dry. Not bad at all. ✨

Right, so this whisky – it's got that smoky vibe, like a proper bonfire night. A bit of peppery zing that wakes you up! 🥃 Then there's this sweet honey note, maybe some vanilla too. Fruity hints come through, citrussy and fresh. The oakiness ties it all together. Lovely stuff! 🔥 Kinda reminds me of autumn walks in the countryside. Cheers! 🎉
