Tried this one last night – first thing that hit me was a sharp, almost green tea sort of vibe, with grapefruits and lime zesting it up. Kinda reminded me of dry cider mixed with raw barley and hay. There's a butterscotch sweetness lurking, but it's got this acrid grassiness that makes it not the smoothest dram ever. Lemongrass and fresh almonds come through, though, and a coconut oil roundness that builds. Finish is long, a bit bitterish with pepper and green pepper in the aftertaste – a little austere, but hey, it's got character. Light gold colour too, like 'green' apple juice. 🤔

not the easiest喝,但挺有意思的 😊

Just poured a dram – light gold, not the smoothest ever, quite austere. First hit, I'm getting fresh almonds and raw barley, a bit sharp really. There's a green pepper note, maybe from a refill cask? 🤔 The aftertaste is long, with a bitterish side like dry cider mixed with lime and sugarcane. Not the easiest to figure out, but I also taste coconut oil and hay, plus some lemony sharpness. Grapefruits come through, almost like 'green' apple juice with a hint of acetone. It's rounder than some, but that finish lingers. 😅

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get a bit of honey, gentle spice, some orange peel and a touch of oak. Feels smooth, slightly peppery, with a wee dry finish. Quite nice for a chilled evening.

Warm and a bit fruity at first, then some gentle spice and oak comes through. Feels cosy, with a wee honeyed sweetness and a dry finish 🥃 Pretty easy to sip, no fuss.
