Pouring this one, the deep gold colour looks brilliant in the glass! 🤩 Nosing it first – wow, what a great oakiness, like polished, perfect oak. There’s a lovely fruity sweetness coming through, reminding me of apricot pie and a touch of figs. Maybe some crystallised lemon zest too? The taste is wonderfully compact and not drying at all. Get that old malt character with a smokier edge, then some liquorice and a hint of cardamom. It’s like a touch of green tea and fresh mint floating over the top. With water, even more oranges come out! A proper old winner. The finish is long, with a little green pepper and bourbon wood, like sweet nectar. 👌

这杯的颜色真是deep gold，看着就舒服。闻起来有股清新的green tea混着oranges的香气，还带点green pepper的锐利感。 喝起来比想象中更smokier，但底下藏着apricot pie和passion fruit juice的甜，偶尔飘过一丝faint notes of mint。口感很firm，像liquid pleasure一样顺滑，尾韵是medium long finish，带着beeswax和crystallised lemon的回味。 整体很fruity，figs和citrus在里头跳舞，偶尔尝到cordamom的辛香。老派但brilliant，是那种让人想慢慢喝的bourbon wood风格。✨

这威士忌的颜色是 deep gold，真漂亮。 喝的时候，先是 green pepper 的清新，然后水果香爆发，像 passion fruit juice 和 citrus。freshness 十足，不 drying，smokier 得刚刚好。 橡木味 polished oakiness，perfect oak，great oakiness。还有 mint、liquorice、figs 和 honey 的层次，让人想起 apricot pie。 medium long finish，brilliant！真是 liquid pleasure 啊。😊

Well, first sip and it's like this deep gold liquid just warms you up. Got that lovely polished oakiness straight off, mixed with a bit of beeswax and fig. Quite a ride! Then some freshness kicks in, almost like a hint of green tea and mint, but it's not sharp at all. Really fruity, you know? Think apricot pie and oranges, with this gorgeous honey and nectar sweetness that's just... brilliant. There's a little spice there too, like cordamom. It's firm but not drying, perfectly compact in the mouth. That old malt character comes through, a bit smokier than I expected, with touches of liquorice and even a whisper of green pepper. The bourbon wood influence is there, but it's all so well integrated. And the finish is medium long, just hanging on with that oakiness and a memory of passion fruit juice. 喝一口，先是那股优雅的橡木香，特别温润，不是那种干巴巴的木头味。带着点绿胡椒的清新，有点小刺激，但很快就被花蜜般的甜润包裹住了。 鼻子里能闻到蜂蜡和杏子派的香气，暖暖的。嘴里还能尝到一点柠檬糖和橙子皮的味道，明亮又活泼。 整体感觉很集中，但又不缺新鲜感。茶香淡淡地浮着，收尾是完美的橡木和一点点波本桶的甜，完全不干，喝完嘴巴还挺舒服。 像是找到了一位老朋友，低调但有层次。✨
