哇，这杯有点伊斯雷岛的劲儿啊。烟熏感上来得挺温柔，不是那种扑面而来的，倒有点像在远处生了个工作BBQ的感觉 🍖 柠檬味挺特别的，不是新鲜柠檬，是柠檬软糖，还被烟轻轻裹了一下。能感觉到一点点白垩质的矿物感，让酒体没那么腻。 中段突然跳出奇异果和酸模的清新，挺有意思的。还有点生羊毛那种原始的、毛茸茸的质感。雪莉酒的影响（应该是fino？）挺明显，但收得挺快，不霸道。 橡木桶用得很克制，没抢风头。整体挺平衡的，尾段是好的泥煤味，不冲，就是很扎实的篝火余烬感。 真的不错喝 👍 在午后小酌一杯，感觉整个人都松下来了。

刚抿了一口，立马联想到艾雷岛那边的海滩。烟熏杏仁的味道特别明显，混着点柠檬软糖的甜。你懂的，那种扎实的泥煤感打底，但又没那么冲。 仔细想想，后头好像飘着酸模草和晒干稻草的混合香气。中段有点类似发酵房里的那种谷物气息，又带着点奇异果的微酸。质感挺干净，像刚洗过的羊毛衫贴着皮肤。 收尾倒是悠长，带着烘烤过的柠檬皮和一丝丝 charcoal 的余韵。有种回到乡下小酒馆的感觉，真挺 super-good 的。

Just had this one, and honestly? Really super-good. 🥃 First sip hit me with this working barbecue smoke, like smoked almonds and charcoal. Then underneath, got some salted caramel sweetness and a bit of kiwi fruit? Strange but nice. Texture is clean, a bit chalky like traditional mud, with a peater punch. Found some sour notes and smoked lemons dancing around. Feels countryside-ish, very Islay. 🌿 Finishes rather long, restrained with the oak, fermentary. Dig it.

Right, so this one’s got quite a nice clean texture to it. First thing I got was this lemony porridge note, which was actually really super-good. Then it shifts a bit – you get these sour notes, almost like sorrel, and a bit of smoked lemons. There’s this underlying something that reminds me of chalk and traditional mud, like after rain in the countryside. A bit of raw wool in there too, maybe? On the finish, it goes a bit wakame and lemon fudge, with a touch of salted caramel. The smoke’s there, like a working barbecue with a hint of smoked almonds and charcoal. It’s rather long on the peat, and properly punchy with that fino sherry influence. You even get a little bit of kiwis right at the end. Quite a peater, this one. 👍

Poured myself a dram after work and wow, this one's interesting. First thing I get is like standing near a working barbecue — that sweet smokiness, maybe some smoked almonds in there too? Then there's this weird but lovely thing going on... raw wool? Like pulling a jumper over your head on a cold morning. And underneath, something almost fermentary, almost like straw or that traditional mud you'd find near a distillery. The middle bit has this lemony porridge vibe, with a touch of lemon fudge sweetness. Bit of kiwi fruit tartness coming through too, those sour notes keeping it lively. The smoked lemons thing is proper odd but I'm into it. Texture-wise it's got a nice clean texture, not heavy at all. The oak is restrained, which I appreciate — lets the spirit speak for itself. There's a wakame seaweed thing lurking about, very Islay in character 😄 Finish is rather long, keeps evolving on the palate. Really pleasant evening dram this one. Might need another glass to fully figure it out... 🥃
