第一口下去，口感很顺滑，有点像柠檬奶油糖 🍬。随后是清新的青瓜和柑橘风味，挺活泼的。 回味很长，能感受到乌龙茶那种沉稳的茶香，还有大麦本身带出的一丝甜味。仔细找找，还有一点点草本的芬芳，像黄查特酒的那种复杂草本感。雪莉桶的味道倒是不太明显。 有意思的是，把两个版本放在一起喝对比，那个果味更突出的，感觉更饱满，橡木桶品质更好，确实更令人享受 🌿。它们本身风味其实挺接近的。 偶尔能捕捉到一点发酵苹果的酸甜，甚至有点像苹果酒的联想。尾段是纯粹的干草气息，但完全不觉得粗涩，反而有股鲜活的酸感，很提神。蜂蜜蜂巢的甜香也隐约在里头。 总的来说，非常非常不错 🍯，值得一试。

淡金色的酒液，一闻就有股乌龙茶和纯干草的清香，带点草本味儿，但果味更突出些。 让我想起苹果酒和柠檬酒的混合，有点柑橘的酸劲，又混着蜂窝的甜和黄查特酒那种香草气息。 各种味道融合得挺好，彼此不太分得开，感觉是用了更好的酒桶陈的。 余味挺长，干草和柠檬的回味很清晰，而且一点雪莉酒的厚重感都没有，喝着挺舒服的 😊

Poured a dram tonight and it looked like liquid pale gold – really inviting. 👌 On the nose, I got creamy lemon fudge straight off, with a whiff of limoncello and oranges lurking behind. A bit herbal too, like fresh garden stuff. Tasting it, it felt fuller and so creamy, sweet barley notes blending with a hint of cider. No obvious sherry here, which I liked. There was this subtle Wulong tea and honeycomb thing going on, and a lemony finish that just kept going. It's funny how a few details from a better cask can make all the differnce – the whole thing was just very very nice, like sipping summer sunshine.

Tbf, pouring this one was a real treat. On the nose, I got this immediate hit of limoncello and creamy lemon fudge – like sunshine in a glass, not a whiff of sherry in sight. 🍋 The taste is where it gets proper interesting. Starts all creamy and lemony, then this fermenting apples and cider vibe comes through, kinda tangy. There’s a sweet barleyness and honeycomb backbone that makes it feel fuller, you know? In the middle, I swear I got a flash of oranges and green melons, with just a whisper of Wulong tea. A few small details really made the difference here. The finish is long, fading gently into pure hay. Honestly, very very nice. 🍯 Paired it with its sibling from the same distillery side-by-side – fascinating how they’re quite close yet one’s fruiter. The better cask really showed. More enjoyable for a relaxed evening. Might’ve scribbled ‘pale gold’ in my notes too. ✨

Ah this dram's got a proper comfy sweetness, like honey'd porridge wi' a drift of soft peat smoke—nae heavy, just a wee whisper 🔥🍯 Then it opens up wi' baked pear an' a buttery nuttiness, almost toasted almonds... Slippy mouthfeel, gentle spice ticklin' the back o' yer throat. 🌰🍐 Finish is lazy and warm, oaky vanilla lingerin' like a slow Sunday. Bit o' white pepper right at the end. Crackin’ pour for a damp night in. 🥃✨
