This one really develops quietly in the glass, doesn't it? Starts off kinda discretely, no sherry sweetness in sight. You get this clean, earthy note – reminds me of very clean manure, oddly pleasant. Then there's a whiff of a burning beech tree fire, leaving behind these light ashes. But wait, then comes this fresh, green newly mown grass cut through it all. Very farmy, in the best way. The smoke? Oh, there's lots of it, but it's woven in with everything else. Really reminds me of that great, robust Inchgower character. A proper slow burner of a dram. 👍

嗯，这杯的颜色是那种很柔和的淡金色。闻起来…非常内敛，但又有点复杂。 我先是想到了燃烧的山毛榉木，然后是很干净的田园气息，甚至有点像翻开一本老书的纸页味。泥煤感是有的，但不太抢戏，伴随着刚割过的青草和干草堆的香气。能闻到一些烟雾，还有淡淡的灰烬感。 喝下去，感觉很干净，甚至有点矿物质感。它没有雪莉桶那种甜腻，风格很优雅、安静。整体是慢慢展开的，需要你细细品。🌾 😊

Pale gold in the glass, with a whiff of smoke right away. It's like burning beech wood, but discretely done. There's mineral notes that bring to mind wet stones after rain. As it sits, hints of newly mown grass and hay come through, quite peaty but not rough. It develops quietly, elegant and slowly unfolding. Really reminds me of a top-tier one without saying it. 🍂

Quite mellow, a bit fruity and oaky, with a gentle warmth that hangs about nicely. Feels cosy rather than showy — the sort of dram I’d sip slowly on a chilly evening 🥃✨

Oh，this one’s proper nice! 😊 Tastes like a toffy apple and a bit of smokiness...maybe some leather too. Light spices on the finish，kinda like autumn leaves burning? 🍂 Not too heavy，just a lovely warm hug in a glass. 👌
