打开就闻到点洋甘菊和干花的味道，混着挺舒服的香料感 🌼 舌尖先尝到一点点酸，像去年秋天摘的那种苹果，还带点小梨子的清甜 加水后居然有点小插曲…算了不说这个 咽下去是木头和锯末的气息，有点像泡久了的草药茶 尾韵居然有蜂蜜和一丝教堂里的那种香火味？莫名平静 整体感觉中等偏上，颜色是漂亮的金黄 像在果园边晒着太阳喝下午茶 🍂

这酒一喝就有种扎实的“咬口”，但马上化开了，嘴里涌起温热的肉桂和香料面包的暖意，特别舒服。 中段简直太丰润了，好像混着杏子酱、椰子油和一丝油腻的鹅肪感，又有点老派麦芽威士忌那种厚实的结构。后段慢慢析出一些矿物质的咸鲜和淡淡的柑橘皮、金桔的果香，收尾时木质香料像在齿间轻轻啃咬，持续很久。 整体感觉是一款“大”且无比愉悦的老酒，圆润、果味饱满，带着蜂蜡的油润感，和我喝过的某些陈年朗姆很像。它让我觉得更开放，更容易接近，有种奇妙的共享时光的满足感。 嗯…真的是一款非常、非常棒的陈年麦芽酒。😌

Ah, this one's really something. First impression is this big, comforting hug of waxiness, like old beeswax polish on precious hardwood. Then a lovely wave of warm spices and aged demerara rum comes through, so smooth. There’s a nervy citrus peel thing going on too, a bit of citron and ripe gooseberry, all balanced by this soft, lanolin-like texture. It’s definitely a great and rather perfect aged single malt profile, that’s for sure. 👍 The finish just gently fades with this residual wood spice nibbling away, and a real sense of shared identity with old school malts. A proper treat. 🥃

嗯，这个闻起来是有点干花的香气混着旧教堂里的那种香烛味，挺特别的。 喝到嘴里，开头有股子老苹果那种蔫蔫的甜，还带着点酸。很快木头的味道就出来了，橡木和雪松木的感觉，但底下还藏着些杏子、小梨子的果香。 中段有点草本的感觉，像是洋甘菊茶或者车叶草，还夹杂着一丝蜂蜜和金银花的清甜。不过这股甜里，又带了点挺明显的单宁感，像不太熟的茶。 余韵里，烟草味和一点点陈年旧木头的灰尘味出来了，还有点像旧纸箱的味道。整体感觉很轻柔，风味变化倒是挺复杂的，有些层次要慢慢品。 适合安静的时候，一小口一小口地琢磨。😄

Lovely golden dram 🥃 A bit tangy and pleasantly spicy, with old apples, wee pears and a sweet ice-wine feel. There’s dried flowers, linden blossom, cedar, oak and a soft tobacco note. With a splash of water it gets quite incensey, almost like an old church. Medium body, cosy finish.
