喝到一杯挺特别的，闻着先是有小梨和杏子混着金银花那种甜香，还有点教堂熏香的影子。 酒液颜色是漂亮的淡金色，尝起来居然有点像浓缩的药草茶，带着微涩的单宁感。 喝到后面浮现出旧苹果和干花的味道，收尾居然有点椴树花蜂蜜的甘甜，挺奇妙的～🍃

刚闻到就有股茶树油和白胡椒的冲劲儿，但底下是那种熟透的、多汁的水果香。 老派麦芽威士忌那种扎实的蜡质感特别明显，在舌头上慢慢铺开，像榅桲果冻的质地。 果味很活泼，让我想起柠檬酱和榅桲，还有点神经质的柑橘皮——不是新鲜的，是那种晒过的、带着油感的。 中段有点像涂了鹅油的烤面包，温暖又肥美。 收尾很长，木头香料一直温和地啃着你的舌头，还有摩洛哥香料、珍贵硬木树脂的影子。 蜡质的余韵在嘴里持续展开，变得柔软，真的能品出时光打磨出来的深度。 简单说，就是杯让人满足、喝着很愉悦的酒，从头到尾都带着种共享的亲密感。

倒出来是漂亮的金色✨，闻着有石楠蜂蜜的甜，混着干花和雪松木的香气。 过喉咙时有点像喝到不太新鲜的老茶，但马上有梨子和番石榴的酸甜冒出来。能感觉到木头屑和草本植物的味道，加点水的话反而有点微妙…就像某种精神层面的纠结？ 中段出现杏子和昂贵香皂的细腻感，椴树花、老苹果和野蔷薇的香气若隐若现。收尾时有冷杉、烟草和教堂熏香的氛围，仿佛在闻去年风干的苹果片。 整体挺有意思的，不算厚重，但细节很多🤷‍♂️

First nosing brings this quiet church incense vibe, feels kinda spiritual but it gets a bit tricky with water added. Taste is like stale old tea mixed with herbal teas and chamomile, very specific. There's a pretty tannic honey note alongside cedar wood and apricots, with honeysuckle lurking in the back. Tobacco and a sawdusty edge make me think of an old wood-paneled room. Colour's like liquid gold, clearly spent time in oak. I get wafts of those precious scented soaps, the good kind. 😮‍💨 Adding water did something funny, felt a bit less together. Then some small pears and dog rose pop up, maybe even guavas? It's pleasantly spicy in the finish, and that woodruff note is just... interesting. Quite a ride.

Tonight's whisky is so softer and nicely chiselled – the taste opens up luscious and fruity, like trail mix with citrons, ripe gooseberry, and a bit of kumquat. There's a white pepper kick and a peppery watercress edge that makes it interesting. The waxiness fans out into a big, comforting hug, with hints of camphor, minerality, and soft waxes. Flavoured oils come through, almost like coconut butter or aged demerara rum, with tea tree oil and resins in the background. It feels more open as it sits, and the finish is Long – residual wood spice nibbling away into the distance. Kiwi notes pop up too, giving it a perfect aged single malt profile. Wonderful and highly pleasurable whisky. Cheers! 😊
