Right, so I poured a glass of this the other evening. First whiff is just… wow, all floral, like sticking your nose in a bag of honeysuckle and elderflower. 🌼 Took a sip and it’s like biting into a ripe mirabelle plum, then you get this lovely, comforting taste of biscuits and crumbles of speculoos – proper buttery and sweet. It’s really powerful stuff, but not in a rough way. There’s this tiny tad oaky in the background, giving it a firm backbone, yet it stays very fragrant throughout. The finish is rather long, fading into early grey and soft liquorice notes. Left me thinking of gold dandelions and old-fashioned mead. Honestly, it’s floral yet firm, excellently balanced. I kept getting lighter honeys like acacia, and hints of quinces and very ripe gooseberries in the aftertaste. Lovely nectars. A real treat.

Blimey, this one's really powerful – hits you right off with beeswax and very ripe gooseberries, like a golden mead. It's floral yet firm, all pansies and dandelions, very fragrant. The taste brings meadows honey and nectars, a bit of quinces and mirabelles, with overripe apples and citrus popping through. There's a Meursaulty quality, excellently balanced. American oak gives a tiny tad oaky note, mixed with biscuits and butterscotch. Early grey and soft liquorice linger, plus crumbles of speculoos. Wonderful floralness with lighter honeys like acacia. At 46%, it's just right. 😊

Lovely honeyed dram 🍯 Getting butterscotch, citrus peel, meadow flowers and a wee touch of oak. Feels quite bright but still firm, with beeswax, biscuits and a soft Earl Grey/liquorice thing going on. Long, floral finish — very sippable.

Nose is like… dried fruits and a whiff of toffee. Bit of oak in there too, dark choc 🍫. On the palate—smooth, honeyed, then a spicy kick of cinnamon and nutmeg. Some stewed apples and a malt biscuit vibe. Not too heavy, just comfy. Finish lingers warm, a wee trace of peppery woodsmoke and that dried fruit note again. Proper dram for a cloudy evening 🌧️🥃.

Just sipped this dram – immediately got a waft of smoke 🔥. Then, it's all about that vanilla and huney sweetness 🍯, with a bit of citrusy fruit. Ends with a spicy, woody note. Really enjoy it!
