哇，这杯的颜色真是漂亮的金色✨。 闻起来就超香，有点像伯爵茶和甘草混合的感觉，还有淡淡的蜂蜜甜味。 喝下去先是柔柔的花香，慢慢透出榅桲和一点点柑橘的清新。 里头有饼干的暖烘烘感，像是刚出炉的酥饼，混着奶油糖的甜润。 酒精感压得很稳，46%但一点不刺喉。 尾调里居然能尝到一点熟透的醋栗和蜂蜜酒的余韵，偶尔闪过的橡木调也显得挺柔和。 整体很平衡，像午后一杯带着阳光味的饮料，喝着特别放松😊。

First sip and oh my, those biscuits and butterscotch notes just hit different. Really getting that speculoos crumble thing going on, like someone's dunked a biscuit in honey 🍯 Then it opens up — quite floral actually, dandelions and acacia honey swirling about. There's this lovely beeswaxy quality that coats everything nicely. A touch of citrus coming through too, maybe some overripe apples and quinces in the mix? For 46% it's surprisingly gentle, though there's a tiny tad of oak in the background keeping things grounded. The gooseberries are properly ripe, almost jammy. And that mirabelle fruitiness... chef's kiss 👌 Goes on for ages honestly, rather long finish with a Meursaulty sort of elegance to it. Excellently balanced throughout really. Proper good dram for a Tuesday evening this one 🥃

I get hints of overripe apples and quinces, and a tiny tad oaky from the American oak. At 46%, it's really powerful but smooth, like a mead or something, with a rather long finish that lingers with biscuits and crumbles of speculoos. Wonderful floralness, honestly – reminds me of nectars and lighter honeys like acacia. 😊

刚倒进杯子里就闻到了，哎呀，好香啊！😌 有点像刚烤好的黄油饼干，混着点柠檬皮和梨子的甜味。仔细闻，还有股淡淡的花香和一点点香草冰淇淋的感觉，很柔和。 喝下去第一感觉是甜甜的，像蜂蜜水，但不会腻。好像有点熟透的苹果和黄桃的味道，还有点像小时候吃的一种太妃糖。尾韵是有点木头的微苦和花香，停留得挺久。 整体感觉非常平衡，甜而不腻，香得很舒服。像在一个暖和的下午，配着一块简单的蛋糕喝，特别放松。✨

Lovely waxy honey vibe, loads of flowers and ripe orchard fruit 🍯 Feels quite powerful at 46%, but still nicely balanced. I get biscuits, speculoos crumbs, mirabelle sweetness and a wee liquorice-wood dryness at the end. Proper fragrant, cosy dram.
