这杯酒颜色真漂亮，是那种流动的金色。 闻起来有很熟的苹果和洋槐蜂蜜的甜香，混着一点蜂蜡和花草的清新，挺特别的。 喝起来力量感足，但又意外地平衡。能尝到黄油硬糖和类似麦卢卡蜂蜜的甜美，还有些梨子、醋栗的果味。 收尾有点淡淡的草本和甘草的感觉，花香一直在嘴里盘旋，持续好一阵子。 整体像一口喝下了一片夏天的花田，很美好。🌿✨

Oh, just poured a glass – the colour’s a lovely gold, really inviting. First whiff is wonderfully floral, got that pansies and dandelions note, with a hint of early grey and soft liquorice. Quite like walking through a summer meadow. The taste? Wow, butterscotch and very ripe gooseberries hit first, then some quinces and mirabelles come through. There’s a tiny tad oaky but it’s excellently balanced – doesn’t overpower the sweetness. The beeswax and meadows honey make it feel rich but not cloying. Finish is rather long, fading into that floral yet firm character. Can’t help thinking of a good Meursault, actually – that sort of elegance. The nectars and liquorice wood linger nicely. Really pleasant pour tonight. 👍

This one’s rather long on the palate, really powerful at 46% but excellently balanced. Starts off wonderfully floral – dandelions, a tiny tad oaky, and then it’s just nectarous. Overripe apples, mirabelles, very ripe gooseberries all coated in butterscotch and lighter honeys, like acacia. Got this mead-like, beeswax feel, a bit Meursaulty, with quinces and crumbles of speculoos biscuits. Floral once again, floral yet firm, citrus peeks through, a whisper of liquorice wood near the end. Very fragrant, meadows honey sweetness lingering. Proper lovely stuff. 🌼🍯

Proper dram, this. 🥃 Nose hits wi’ bonfire reek & a whiff o’ sea salt. 🌊🔥 Palate’s dead oily, honey’d pear, touch o’ pepper. 🍐 Finish clings for ages, warm peaty embrace. Crackin’ stuff for a nippy nite. 👍

Right, this whisky's got a lovely smoky note with a hint of sweet honey and some fruity undertones. On the palate, it's smooth and warming, with a touch of spice that lingers nicely. Really enjoyable! 😊🥃
