Right, just poured a dram of this and wow. First thing that hits me is this massive bag of oranges, really fresh ones, almost like peeling one on a sunny day. Underneath that there's a lovely, classic rich sherriness going on - quality PX sweetness with loads of raisins. Then it evolves, you get this earthy, mossy note, like walking in a forest after rain... even a bit of roots in there. The sherry-treated hogshead has done a proper job, giving it all a perfect depth. Finish is sweet, long and just... delicious. It's got such great dimension, really keeps you thinking. A proper treat. 🥃🌲

This whisky's got a real peaty kick to it, almost smoky but not too harsh. 🍂 On the nose, there's a fruity vibe—think ripe apples and a bit of citrus. Takes me back to summer days in the garden. 🌳 Taste-wise, it's spicy at first, like cinnamon or ginger, but then mellows out with caramel sweetness. Really lovely balance. 😋 Finish is smooth with a hint of honey, lingers just right. Perfect for a cozy evening. 🥃 Oh, and a tiny bit of vanilla on the side—subtle but nice. 👍

Ahh, this whisky’s got a real smokiness, like a cozy fireplace. 🥃 Hints of sweet vanilla and a bit of honey – goes down smoothe, but sometimes a lil’ fiery on the finish. Perfect for a rainy British evening, innit? 😊

Yeah, this whisky's got a real smoky vibe upfront 🌲, with a hint of peaty earthiness that just hits the spot. There's some sweetness in there too, like honey or maybe a bit of vanilla, making it quite moorish 😋. I detect a touch of spice on the finish, maybe cinnamon or somethin', and it's all wrapped up in a smooth, fruity undertone – hints of apple or pear, I reckon. Really goes down easy, no harshness at all. 👍 Sometimes it feels a bit oaky, like it's been aged well, and the linger is just lovely. Makes you wanna sip it slowly on a rainy afternoon. 💨
