Just had a sip and wow, it's super creamy but not clumsy at all – absolutely no rubber or sulphur, thank goodness. Reminds me of pecan pie and even nicer, like a sherry monster for those who aren't sherry freaks. The balance is almost perfect, rich with ling honey and burnt cake notes, a bit of bronze and old Cognac vibe. Tastes like old fortified wine, maybe Maury or great old red wine, with that big, bold sherry punch. It's full sherry mode, like alcoholised fruit jams and mahogany hues, some old Bourgogne or Smyrna raisins in there. Absolutely perfect! A bit of fruitcake and prunes, punchy but not overpowering – long finish that's almost invasive. Grand sherry monster indeed. 😊
