First off, the nose is zesty – lemon and apples jumping out, but there’s this weird hint of washing powder, like the ghost of a laundry day. Later on, I get green pears and a touch of grapefruit. Taking a sip, it’s got a silky, almost oily texture. Hints of white calvados and porridge? Strange but works. The palate’s definitely sweeter and fruitier than the nose suggested. Finish is rather long. Apple peel and chalky minerality linger. A little hoppy bitterness comes through too, and a subtle marshmallow sweetness. Grape pips oil sneaks in at the very end. Overall, a very good drop. Reminds me of those crisp autumn mornings – straw and green grass, but firmer. Almost identical vibe to another I’ve tried, yet with its own subtle twist. Really enjoyable. 😊

刚倒进杯子就闻到很清脆的香气，有点像...矿石？不，更像是加油站旁边那片花园的味道？ 喝下去第一口，是葡萄柚和柠檬那种明亮的酸，但底下好像压着一层粉笔灰似的矿物质感，挺有意思的。 再喝一口，慢慢能尝到青苹果和梨子糖的甜，混着一点稻草堆的气息。 尾韵居然有点像白兰地，但更干净些，还有点青草香，呼气时喉咙里留下淡淡的棉花糖和麦芽糖。 总的来说喝起来挺“结实”的，越喝越有层次感，虽然偶尔会觉得带一丝啤酒花的微苦，但完全不影响整体愉悦感。 啊对了，刚入口时还有点像在嚼葡萄籽油，不过很快就过去了。适合夏天傍晚在院子里慢慢喝一杯 😊 ps. 冰镇过后感觉会更带劲，但别加太多水，不然那些细腻的矿物味就散啦。

第一口下去，有种棉花糖般的香甜，但口感更坚实些。带点啤酒花味，柑橘香突出，very good indeed！palate's a little sweeter and fruitier，像吃了口热porridge。余味rather long，先飘出pear drops，接着是Apple peel和Green pears的清新。还有chalk和lemon的酸爽，让人想到white calvados。整体感觉chalky，甚至带点mineral oils的联想。🥃

Just tried this one... quite a pleasant surprise! First sip, got a bit of honey 🍯 and sort of woody spice. Then there's this... fruity thing? Like dried apples or something. Definitely warming on the way down, a bit like a hug from the inside 😊. The finish is nice and long, keeps going with a little sweet note. Overall, a really solid pour. Proper good stuff for a chilly evening. 🥃
