刚喝到这款的时候，白胡椒的辛辣感挺明显的，带着一点柠檬皮的清爽，有点像初夏草地边的那种气息。 它好像不算那种特别厚重饱满的类型，反而有点轻盈感？喝下去，生麦芽和新鲜蘑菇的味道混在一起，有点像雨后的森林。 说实话，它的酒精强度不低，但融合得倒是挺巧妙的。慢慢回味，胡椒的辛辣感会涌上来，在喉咙和嘴里留很久，还有点奎宁的草本苦和矿物质的咸鲜。 整体风味很扎实，甚至有点 raw 的野性，带着稻草和谷物的底子。它不是那种一喝就特别容易讨喜的类型，但喝着喝着就觉得确实优秀，需要静下来慢慢感受 🤔

This one's quite excellent. 👍 The strength is higher right away. Smells like raw barley, fresh grass, a touch of ginger, and definite lemon peel. Less vanilla overall. Taste-wise, it's lovely but a bit austere. You get that grassiness and a lovely earthy side, maybe some fresh mushrooms. A little less "full" than some, if you know what I mean. The fruitiness is there, but not easy or sexy – it's more direct. The finish is really long. White pepper kicks in big time, and there's this cinchona bitterness that works very well with a mineral note. Lingering straw and that pepper stays for ages after. Quite a unique character. 🥃

Nose is all fresh grass and straw, with a little lemon peel zing. That 1992 age shows in a lovely earthy, almost mushroomy way. Palate's got a nice cinchona bitterness, like tonic. Higher strength is noticeable but not harsh. Less vanilla, more that lovely earthy side. Goes down well, honestly. Excellent once again. That grassiness just hangs around pleasantly. 🥃

哇，今天这瓶威士忌有点特别。闻起来有生姜和柠檬皮的气息，夹杂着草和麦芽的原始香气。喝的时候果味很清新，矿物质感明显，让我想起刚摘的蘑菇和晒干的稻草。少了点香草味，但多了可爱的泥土草本风味，整体 works very well。🌿 不过这酒不那么 easy，有点 austere，像1992年的感觉。

刚倒出来就闻到一阵草甸子晒干的清香，夹着柠檬皮的鲜亮。 喝起来比想象中要瘦一些，有种矿石划过舌尖的清冷感。胡椒的辛辣在后半段才冒出来，而且停留得相当久，喉咙里一直暖暖的。 仔细品还有些青草和稻秆的味道，底下藏着点不张扬的果甜。比记忆里那款温和许多，少了些奶油般的甜润，但多了点扎根泥土的稳重。 有意思的是回味里那抹柠檬，和持续散发的白胡椒缠在一起，意外地很搭。🌿
