Right, so I just had a wee dram that was a bit of a ride. First sniff, proper earthiness – like damp soil after a light rain. Then this aguardiente kick catches you off guard, that raw, rustic heat. Strangely, it slides into this oily coconuttiness, almost like coconut oil left in a warm pan 🥥. There’s a grassy varnish thing going on, too – like freshly cut grass mixed with the faint whiff of varnish from an old shed. Underneath it all, a whole bed of lemon peel, zesty and bright. It honestly brings me back to mowing your lawn on a sunny afternoon, all those crushed grasses and green smells. It’s an unusual one, a bit of a silent spirit that doesn’t show its hand straight away. Keeps you guessing. Quiet fun, though! 😄🌿

Lovely wee dram 🥃 Bit of honey, oak and gentle spice, with a soft smoky edge. Feels warm, cosy, and easy to sit with on a quiet evening.

Feels cosy and a bit warming 🥃 I get soft grain, a touch of honey, light oak, and a wee spicy kick. Pretty smooth, with a dry-ish finish that lingers nicely.

Ooh, nice one. 👃 Getting lots of green apple and a bit of honey on the nose. Very inviting. Taste is warming, a bit spicy like ginger, with creamy vanilla and some nuttiness. 🌰 It's got a lovely malty, biscuitty backbone. Finish is medium-long, a touch of oak and a hint of smoke that lingers. Quite complex but very easy to drink. 🥃 Cheers!
