Oh, this one's a proper winter dram. First sniff is like striking a match in an old library – a bit of sulphur, then it opens to pot-pourri and incense, almost like wandering into a Balinese temple at dusk. Sipping it feels like autumn leaves and damp earth, really savoury, with umami-esque mushrooms and leather coming through. Then, surprisingly, there's this sweet blend of Spanish brandy and Demerara rum notes – prunes, good caramel, walnuts, and a hint of bitter oranges. The finish is long and sooty, leaning into Armagnac territories. Very armagnacky and spicier than expected, with ginger and a touch of sweet pipe tobacco. It's exceptional, really powerful. 😌 Such an interesting, oh-so uncommercial find.

Warm and easy-going dram. I get honey, a bit of orange peel, soft spice, and a wee smoky edge 🥃 Feels cosy, slightly sweet, with a dry-ish finish that lingers nicely. Quite moreish, tbh.

Just had a dram – starts off with a real smoky kick, like a campfire in autumn. 🍂 Bit of honey sweetness comes through, then some vanilla and a touch of oak. Smooth enough to sip neat, but gets a bit peppery at the end. Quite warming, innit? Almost forgot – there's a hint of dried fruit in there too. 🍇 Really nice for a cold evenin'.

Blimey, this one hits ya with a proper smoky kick 🥃, kinda like a bonfire but sweet? I get loads of honey 🍯 and some apple notes 🍎, maybe a bit of vanilla. Finish is smooth, ain't it, with a subtle spiciness. Reckon it's a right treat!
